At Kingsley Community Church, we care for all of our members from the youngest to the oldest! We provide a church nursery as a ministry to babies and their families. Our nursery provides a safe and nurturing environment where babies and toddlers up to three years old are cared for while their parents attend church.
Kingsley Community Church ministers to people of all ages through age-specific ministries for babies, children, students and adults. Learn more below!
Kingsley Community Church loves kids!
We minister to kids in a variety of ways, including Sunday School and Kids’ Time.
- Sunday School classes are available for children from age 4 through 6th grade, during the Sunday School hour starting at 9:00 am. During Sunday school, kids are taught truths from God’s word in a fun and practical way.
- After Sunday School, children rejoin their families for the beginning of our morning worship service, including singing together. Before the sermon, kids from age 4 through 2nd grade are released for Kids’ Time, a fun interactive program where kids learn Bible truths as well as enjoy games, crafts and snacks.
Students are an important part of our church family at Kingsley Community Church!
Students from 7th through 12th grade enjoy their own Sunday School class and participate in special events and outings.
- Students today face many challenges – Sunday School is a place for them to learn what God’s word says about the challenges and pressure they face, and for them to learn how to apply the truth of scripture to their daily lives.
- Every month, our students participate in special events and outings just for them! From baseball games to ice cream, our students enjoy events where they can have fun in a safe environment while getting to know each other and our leaders better!
Sunday school is a great opportunity to spend time studying and interacting with God’s word in depth. In a small group setting, our Sunday School classes focus on a particular topic or book of the Bible. There are opportunities to discuss the material and ask questions.
Recent studies have included a study of the book of Revelation and “Beauty from Ashes” from Lifeway about how God can transform our failures. For information about what our adult Sunday Bible School classes are currently studying, contact us or join us on a Sunday morning. We’d love to see you there!
Each summer, KCC looks forward to its Backyard Bible Study! We meet each Sunday night in the backyard of one of our church members for Bible study, fellowship and fun. Check back next summer for more details.
